2. The Service
Super Color Palette is a free web-based color palette generator. Palettes you create can be saved locally in your browser or exported to a variety of formats. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Your content
You retain full ownership of the palettes and any other content you create with Super Color Palette. You are free to use exported palettes commercially, non-commercially, or in personal projects, with no attribution required.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) attempt to disrupt or degrade the Service; (b) reverse engineer or resell the Service; (c) use the Service to send unlawful, harmful, or infringing content through the contact form.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Super Color Palette does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accessible at all times.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Color Palette and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
